Implement a RSS feed on a View with CardView Based UI

is it possible to implement a RSS feed in a Fragment View from Navigation Drawer?. Also my idea is to implement the UI in CardView based, so each element of the RSS will be a card, so the card shows the RSS image and the title on top.
