Android refresh task doesn't work

I'm making my first application and i've got a problem ! I got these :

TempsActivity.java :

And when i try to refresh the spinner just spin and don't do anything ! And the set color doesn't work too ! If someone have an idea of the problem please help me ! Thank you in advance !
